The location was convenient to the train station, which i appreciated. breakfast offered a good selection of items. I especially liked the italian croissants!!!
The windows were poorly sealed, so i could hear delivery boats early in the morning. the bathroom had mold. The silicon was applied carelessly.

The staff at reception was very friendly and cute! I had a room with a good canal view. It added a nice touch. The included breakfast had a very good coffee machine available, and the room was super clean.
The rooms really need some updating, it is very old.

The location IS excellent if arriving by bus or train! Waterbuses stop very nearby too. It is opposite the train station and water bus station. To reach the hotel from the train station, you must go over a big bridge.

The breakfast was acceptable. The coffee machine was a plus.
The room was NOT what I expected. The air conditioning did not work, and two fans were provided as a poor substitute. The bed cover had stains. Electrics seemed unsafe, and I feared they could trip.

The hotel location was so handy. We arrived by train and I walked right across the canal. The reception team helped me with all my questions. I left my bags before check-in and set off for a stroll.
My room was a bit old. It looked like it need a little maintenance. Everything was clean though.

The hotel has two parts, Canal and Walter. My friends were in "Canal" and I was in "Walter". They are linked but have two entrances. It creates two different experiences.

this location was very convenient. it was opposite of the train station and water bus station. rooms had venetian decor and a huge window overlooked the grand canal. the breakfast included in the price was simple but reasonable.
the layout was strange because accessing the room required exiting the hotel foyer. i went up toward the bridge, around the corner, and through an alternate entrance. this side of the hotel seemed worn, especially in the communal areas.

The breakfast had good variety. the staff were really friendly and helpful. the location near the train station made arrival easy. It was just across the canal for me. the room featured a venetian decor. The silk wallpaper and glass chandelier were elegant.
